What does PSU Engage have to Offer?

Join us for this exciting new event requested by our customers. You asked and we listened. PSU Engage offers the same PSU training with a focus on networking opportunities with your fellow attendees. This is a can’t-miss event!

  • Experience 2 and ½ days of PSU Engage including a prior day check-in, two full days of sessions, plus two morning-only sessions on the third day

Choosing Your PowerSchool University (PSU) Event

PowerSchool University offers a variety of events tailored to meet your diverse training needs. Whether you prefer the rapid pace of PSU Express, the extended learning and networking opportunities at PSU Engage, the convenience of in-person instruction and access to 1-on-1 support with PSU Onsite events, or the flexibility of PSU Remote Plus, we have an event that aligns with your schedule and learning style. Each event is designed with distinct features to help you make the most of your PowerSchool solutions!

What's included with tuition?

Tuition for PSU Engage includes the following amenities:

21/2 Days of Training

Attend two and a half days of training within PowerSchool solutions to gain hands-on professional development for novice to advanced PowerSchool users.

Individual Assistance

Take advantage of Open Lab to get individual help on your own data.

Catered Event Meals

Enjoy continental breakfast on all instructional days and lunch on full instructional days.

PD+ Sampler Series

Gain access to PSU’s PD+ Sampler Series, a collection of e-Learning courses and videos for viewing any time you want.

Networking Event

Join us after class on day 2 for a cocktail reception to meet and mingle with fellow PowerSchool users and staff.

What to Expect at Check In

During check-in, you’ll receive: 

  • Your schedule and other materials 
  • PowerSchool University mementos
  • Instructions for accessing the network and curriculum
  • Networking opportunities with other attendees

Attendees must bring a laptop to participate in this hands-on training.  Please bring it with you during check-in time. Learn more about hardware recommendations.

PSU Check In
Attire – What to Wear

PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the hotel and convention center rooms can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.

Certificate of Participation

A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.

Event Location

The Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes offers oceanfront bliss, indoor and outdoor pools, and delicious international cuisine at onsite restaurants and bars.  Find championship golf courses at Grand Dunes and family entertainment at the Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.  Ideal for vacations, the resort showcases oceanfront hotel rooms with luxury amenities overlooking Myrtle Beach.

Hotel Information

PSU Engage: Myrtle Beach session and meals will be held at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes.

PSU has arranged a discounted guest room rate of $229 + taxes and fees per night.  Note that the rate will show with a $25 per night resort fee that will be credited at check-out.

Book your room at the preferred rate by September 27, 2024 through the PSU online reservation link or by calling +1 843-449-8880.  Any rooms booked after September 27 may not receive the discounted rate.

  • Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis
  • Reservations made after September 27 are accepted based on availability and may not receive the conference rate
  • A credit deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservations
  • The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am
Travel Information

Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is the recommended airport, approximately 10 miles from the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes, with various transportation options available. 

Parking is available onsite at the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes at no cost.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
